Prakash Bhoir, a tribal chief from Warli has teamed up with socially conscious Hip-Hop crew Swadesi to call for a stand against the cutting of trees in the Aarey forest in Mumbai.
The government has been threatening to destroy the Aarey forest. Through their lyrics, Swadesi warns the government of a massive revolution if they don’t stand down. The track is laced with tribal themes and music
