Seedhe Maut is Back with ‘Namastute’, A Street Hit

The Delhi-based hip-hop duo Seedhe Maut is back with a street-hit titled ‘Namastute’. The track is a gauntlet laid down by the Calm & Encore ABJ, with the beat being also produced by Calm. The music video is shot by their frequent collaborator Vaksh Vimal & edited by Crevixa. Also, the track is mixed & mastered by Sez On The Beat and is released via. Azadi Records.

The duo doesn’t rely on outlandish metaphors that leave a lot to the listener’s imagination. On ‘Namastute’, this creative force from Delhi relies on facts – of the line-ups they’ve been on, of the mosh pits they’ve started in clubs across the country and of course, of the destruction and chaos they’ve left behind with the release of each project.

‘Namastute’ sees the duo team up with the #SeedheMautNation, who can be seen in the music video as the hypemen alongside the duo. Also explaining the track, the duo said, “Namastute is the spark that ignites a complete rethink of how Hindi rap is approached and consumed in this country.” This claim by Seedhe Maut is also supported by the numbers, as the track has already completed 250k+ YouTube views & 100k+ streams on Spotify.
