Incase you haven’t heard yet, the Khatarnaak Hip-Hop Collective straight outta New Delhi are on the up and up. They are some of the most hardworking bunch in the scene. And they do not shy away from giving it their all on every track and project. A recent string of songs from members like Sun J, Tapas, Jinn Music and so on, have found them being widely known in the Delhi circuit. This always leads to an opening of shows around the artists’ vicinity.

And true enough, the crew is gearing up to play at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Delhi on the 5th of May! Khatarnaak Hip-Hop Collective is all set to bring the house down with a lineup of amazing tracks. The event is called “Hip Hop Festival” and it also features in-house DJ’s – DJ Money and DJ Vikrant. Also joining the show are DJ Sonam and the well known Hip Hop DJ from Delhi – DJ Karma!

The night is all set to be one full of festivities and great music! These are the kinds of gigs that need to happen on a constant basis. This spreads awareness about the culture fast and quick.

DHH met up with the crew and asked them about their ambitions and the Indian scene. They talked about the event and much more! Here’s what they had to say:

It’s been one and a half year since KHATARNAAK HIP-HOP COLLECTIVE was established as a crew back in October 2016. Our crew is basically an embodiment of all the elements of Hip-Hop; Breaking, DJing/Production, Emceeing and Popping (Funk style from the West coast of America, later included in Umbrella term of Hip-Hop Dance Styles).

Whether it’s an NGO, college fest, Hip-Hop Jams , Clubs or Events; we have been leaving our mark everywhere by actively showcasing our talents in the form of performances and stage shows on the inner and outer areas the capital city – Delhi.

With the warm support of Desi Hip Hop, our crew will now be able to connect to a wider range of audience and disperse the truest facts about the culture.

The Crew is doing their thing and making noise through the participation of their B-Boys, Popper, Rappers/Emcees, all their artists together in this Hip-Hop Jam. And what we usually like to say about our journey is that it has just begun! – KHATARNAAK HIP-HOP COLLECTIVE.
