We, at, are happy to announce our new weekly edition which is entirely directed towards the underground. This piece features some of the most insane underground releases which, unfortunately, didn’t reach out to a mass audience.

Like every other week, we, at, try to bring some of the hottest releases from the week for hip-hop listeners. These are hand-picked releases which are not arranged in any rankings and are equally important for the culture. Without any further ado, let’s see some of the dopest releases of this week from the underground scene.

1. Raabta/Tu Jo Mila-Rap/EDM Cover”- Manish Dey And PAUL

“Raabta | Tu Jo Mila (Rap/EDM Cover)” powered by D-fusion (which stands for fusion of different genres) is a track by rapper PAUL and singer Manish Dey hailing from a small town named Dibrugarh of Assam, India. Prantadeep Das is the music producer of the track who an EDM artist. As a matter of fact, this is the debut cover project from D-fusion. The idea is to connect to more and more people not affecting their own taste of music. Furthermore, Blabber 1.0 did the post production for the track. Mandeep Singh did the editing of the video.

2.Khoon Garam – Puneet Kohli ft. Ustad Harsh 

Puneet Kohli and Ustad Harsh spat some heavy bars on the instrumental which is produced by JC Sona. The video of this track was shot at Chandigarh and Ekant Verma did a very good job on the visuals. Also, he shot the video from an iPhone.

3. Purani Pathshala – Spitfire

The artist reminisces old days and dedicates the track to one of his old friends Ayush Khare who goes by the stage name of Wordsmith. According to him,  Ayush Khare is a mentor to him and he helped the rapper to gain knowledge about hip hop. The track also shows how they formed their duo ‘RAPresent’ with a motto to represent RAP and HIP-HOP.

The artist said that “Aur hum dono ki mehnat ke baad cheeje badli aur mujhe mauka mila, Ranveer Singh bhai ke sath kaam karne ka, is baat ka sara credit mere bhai ko aur meri mehnat jo mere bhai ne karayi mujhse usko deta hu.” As a matter of fact, he wanted to drop something because after he did “Don’t Hold Back 2.0” with Ranveer Singh, he took a long break and wanted to deliver something fresh so that his fans won’t get disappointed.

4. Peene Do – Deepak Yadav And Apoorv Trippy

Peene Do is a Desi party anthem, and they made this song for fun. As a matter of fact, the song is about leaving tension behind and enjoying your current moment. Deepak Yadav did the music and also handled the post production for the track. Sandeep Gupta and Aryan Mayank has shot the video for the track.

5. Ladki – Shehroz Ghouri ft. Chen-K

This is a comeback track of Chen-K and this time he goes hard expressing his feeling for a girl. Shehroz Ghouri did a fab job on the vocals. Chen-K did the music and also did the post production of the track. In addition, Chen-K has directed the video with Madaari films. In fact, he did the editing, color grading, and vfx for the track as well.
