While the world tackles the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak, Desi rappers are doing their best to keep us all informed and entertained. Bohemia, Lazarus and more are using social media to spit some bars telling people what to do in this pandemic.
Bohemia was one of the first to drop some bars in his video titled “Virus”, wearing his own KDM mask. “These are just a few lines . . . a few thoughts. Stay safe everyone! love, BOHEMIA”, he wrote.

Dr. Khan aka Lazarus comes in straight off the top after a 18hr shift at the hospital. Laz has also been very active from last couple weeks regarding progress in vaccines and precautions against Covid-19. The physician turned rapper has always been vocal about medicines in his raps. He has worked with the likes of Royce Da 5’9″, KXNG Crooked, etc. and was on world tour with legendary Wu-Tang.

Baba Sehgal is also spreading awareness in his recent rap, NAMASTE – CoronaVirus sey bachney ka Indian Tareeka. He highlights social isolation and the Indian way of saying hello with folded hands, a Namaste. A lot of online buzz has been created with Namaste being adopted by global citizens and even by Prince Charles.
Meanwhile, the whole world is tackling new cases of the COVID-19 virus. In India the reported cases has also crossed 600 (as of writing this), Health Ministry officials said.
