Guwahati-India based hip-hop artist Rocky Glock is not a new name in the scene. On the other hand, his style of sound is a blend of mellow-auto tune driven vocals with hard lyricism. While a lot of people are still sleeping on his sound, Rocky is working vigorously to prove his existence. As a result, Rocky dropped his EP, “Too Young, Too Damaged” a couple of weeks ago. However, every solo artist needs a body of people to push him forward. Similarly, Harman is one of those key people in Rocky’s life.
“Too Young, Too Damaged” came out on July 9, 2017. The EP features six tracks and the vibe in each track is consistent. Its not a regular project and this is why the EP had to be treated differently.
Last month, Rocky announced that he’ll be performing at the pre-launch party of his EP in the first week of July. The event took place at Underdoggs Sports Bar on July 1, 2017. Recently, Rocky has uploaded the video from the pre-launch party which has been edited by his old associate, A.Void. One can easily tell by watching the video that the event went crazy and Rocky did manage to perform impressively well.
People, on the other hand, enjoyed a lot and its a great moment for hip-hop. Why? Because trap music with auto-tuned vocals (or Mumble Rap) is considered as a threat but Rocky has delivered excellent lyricism. If the audience is having a good time while grabbing a thought, its a great step.

Harman is the music producer behind “Too Young, Too Damaged”. Basically, its a collaborative EP between a hip-hop recording artist and a music producer. A promotional single from the EP is already out. Passion came out on June 4, 2017 and is the perfect track to give you an idea of this EP’s sound. As the name suggests, this EP is about getting emotionally fed up with the surroundings. If you’re a rebel, “Too Young, Too Damaged” is for you.
There’re a very few rappers who’re actually delivering class and pushing the genre in the right direction. Rocky Glock holds a bright future and we feel proud when a product like this comes out.
