Bollywood emcee and one of the most widely known rappers in India – Badshah, has just dropped a unique horror/comedy rap music video. This track is a promo stint for the upcoming movie “Stree”. The movie has Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor as its leading stars among others, and is a horror/comedy themed movie. In a gist, the movie “Stree” is a first of its kind horror comedy, inspired from a true phenomenon. The film is set in a town called Chanderi, where men have started disappearing mysteriously. It is set to release in cinemas on 31st August 2018.

The song, aptly titled “Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe” isnt a far stretch from Badshahs usual commercial style and strategy. He approaches each song with his own swagger and we see that prominently throughout the song. Badshah also shows off his newly found rhythm in the singsong parts of this track. And he pulls it off well too. The song is a catchy tune that isnt new to bollywood masses. And Badshah knows how to keep the massy audience happy. The video of this stint is what sets the quirky tone of the upcoming Bollywood movie.

The Badshah of Bollywood is now making waves all across the industry, especially this year. After doing a number of singles for various bollywood movies and features throughout the artist rosters on that upper echelon, he recently dropped his much anticipated album – O.N.E. – Original Never Ends. He is combining both his worlds and working his way through various sounds and truly exploring his artistry. A New Angle

Badshah definitely brings in a new angle to the track with the melody and rap itself. The horror comedy theme of the whole track is something that fits in entirely with the theme of the movie. Kriti Sanon does a great job of handling the choreography and brings her presence in the forefront in the video. The other thing that keeps the audience glued is the surprise cameo by none other than the lead actor – Rajkumar Rao! He brings in a comical yet energetic presence to the whole look and feel of things. The quirky part about the video is the CGI skeleton that keeps randomly popping up in shots. Sachin – Jigar have done a good job of keeping the Bolly feel to the track true and true. Both in terms of the music provided and the song writing too.
