6ix9ine hopped on Instagram live on May 8 to talk about his current situation, his snitching accusations and new music. The livestream broke Instagram’s record with more than 2 million people tuning in. While the music video reportedly broke YouTube viewing records.

6ix9ine has also returned with his single and music video — “GOOBA”. Prior to the video drop, 6ix9ine showed off a huge advt. for the single in Times Square on his Instagram Stories. The visual finds 6ix9ine back to his rainbow-colored hairstyle and several scantily-clad dancers wearing a variety of vibrant clothing.

6ix9ine also addressed his haters who were upset at his perceived success. “If a rat came home and did more numbers than me, I would be mad too,” he said. “I would. I promise you I would be mad. You have every reason to be mad. No matter how much dirt you throw on my name and I seen everything — everyone want to be quiet now. For two years, y’all made fun of me … I still came home and I’m a legend at the age of 24 years old because I came home and rat is doing more numbers than you”.

6ix9ine was granted a “compassionate release” from prison last month and will finish the remaining four months of his sentence at home. He also put his ankle monitor on display in the music video. Check out the music video below.
